Phosphorescent powder pigments are pigments that absorb the light received from any light source and glow in the dark. Their standard color is greenish white.

Fluorescent powder pigments are pigments that are four times brighter in daylight than normal pigments. They have low light fastness. They do not glow in the dark. They come in Yellow, Orange, Pink, Green, Blue, Violet, Red and Magenta color varieties.
